The artist writes

I exhibited in India in 2019, then moved to Paris in 2020. Becoming a mother here while working at a Montessori school helped me create this series, which I titled Planting Motherhood.

For me, as a woman, it is about going through these stages, which I consider five. The only way to be fully present is to merge my life in India with that of present-day Paris, which calls me to acceptance and, consequently, gratitude.
